A good way to handle an in-text citation of a decision or dissension is to say, 

In the Court's opinion, Judge Smith stated, "........"

or

In the dissenting opinion, Judge Jones said, "......."

In that way you don't need to worry about the confusing pagination.  Someone looking for your quote can just go to the appropriate part of the case.
