First, make sure you are accessing the database through the Lynn Library web site. Otherwise, the system won't know that you are a Lynn student.
Secondly, make sure that you see the following URL string in front of whatever you are trying to open: https://lynn-lang.student.lynn.edu/login?url= If you do not see that URL string, copy and paste it in front of whatever URL you are using. For example, use https://lynn-lang.student.lynn.edu/login?url=http://www.statista.com, rather than just www.statista.com.
If that still does not work, try clearing your internet browser cache. If you don't know how to do that, email the name of the browser you use (Internet Explorer, Firefox) and operating system (version of Windows or iOS) to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you instructions.
