Getting to a database from ON-campus, you should not need to enter a username and password. It will recognize that you are on Lynn's campus. If you're OFF-campus, the best way to get to a database is to go to the Library's database page at http://lynn-library.libguides.com/articles_databases, and from there, click the database you want. That way it will recognize that you are coming from the Lynn library site, and will ask you for your Lynn username and password.

If you just Google the database - LexisNexis for example - and click on the link, if you're off-campus, the database will not "see" that you are a Lynn person. So you have to start from the Lynn library web site.

Also, we recommend not using Internet Explorer as your browser. Try Chrome, Safari, or Firefox.

If you're still unable to get in, there may be a problem with your Lynn network account. Please contact us and we will help you further.
