Use "Company Dossier" in Nexis Uni.  Find the link to "Company Dossier" in the drop down menu in the upper left hand of the page. Click on "Create A Company List". Under "Company Type" choose "Public Parent". Next to "Sales Revenue" enter the first digit (such as five) and choose a number you want to have revenue higher than. (5 billion is a good number(5,000,000,000)).  "All countries" is the default or you can limit your list to the United States or another country.  Scroll down to the bottom and hit create.  

To get the list the way you want it, click on "Customize." Change the sort to "Sort by Sales". Then hit "Update."  You will now have a list of companies with the top sales, with the company with the highest sales figures first on the list.
