I am trying to open a database from off campus, but I get an error message. What can I do?
Answer
- First, make sure you are accessing the database through the Lynn Library website. Otherwise, the system won't know that you are a Lynn student
- Try clearing your internet browser cache. If you don't know how to do that, Google "clear my cache in [browser name]" for instructions
- If that doesn't work, please contact Jared Wellman at jwellman@lynn.edu, and he will check on the problem
