I am trying to open a database from off campus, but I get an error message. What can I do?

Answer

First, make sure you are accessing the database through the Lynn Library website. Otherwise, the system won't know that you are a Lynn student. 

Secondly, make sure that you see the following URL string in front of whatever you are trying to open: https://lynn-lang.student.lynn.edu/login?url= If you do not see that URL string, copy and paste it in front of whatever URL you are using. 

If that still does not work, try clearing your internet browser cache. If you don't know how to do that, email the name of the browser you use (Internet Explorer, Firefox) and operating system (version of Windows or iOS) to library@lynn.edu and we will send you instructions. 

If that doesn't work please contact Jared Wellman at 561-237-7073 or email jwellman@lynn.edu and he will check on the problem.
